People store vegetables and fruits in the refrigerator for the next two to four days.

There’s a reason why she hung dates on trees, but not sugar.

All foods that come directly from plants or trees of the earth as wholesome.

Nature has done a lot of planning before making every food.

She has given each food item with a specific ratio of protein, fats, nutrients so that we can easily digest and eliminate it.

Eat brown rice instead of white rice. Here I will say brown rice is organic.

Meal Time One:

 

Let’s start with the morning detox juice which you can have after waking up in the morning.

At 8:00 a.m.

We recommend a very special vegetable like one glass of ash gourd juice in the morning.

When this vegetable enters your body, it will start to suck in all the toxins like a sponge.

And when it exits your body, it carries with all the accumulated toxins and the garbage sitting inside.

Ash gourd juice is the best thing you can drink for weight loss and for glowing your skin.

Simply cut it, peel off the skin, and take out the seeds. Blend it properly and drink it.

You don’t need to add extra lemon or sugar.  if you want to mix it with 50 percent of coconut water.

It’s actually tasteless. If ash gourd is not available, drink one glass of coconut water.

Instead of using 100% wheat flour, chapathi made of 50% wheat flour and 50% vegetable.

So you can make any vegetable chapathi for example, cucumber chapathi, beetroot chapathi, spinach chapati, Apothecary chapathi .

Now comes with sabzi. the subsidy that we recommend is also very different instead of using oil.

We use freshly grated coconut and instead of using spicy masalas fuse fresh herbs.

If you eat one chapatti, have two bowls of sabzi.

We recommend having the juice of any fresh vegetable. or you can also have fresh coconut water again.

No biscuits no canapés or no snacks.

If you feel hungry even after the juice you can have coconut slices about 2 to 3 pieces.

It’s the best healthy snack.

 

Meal Time Five:

 

Now is time for dinner.  Have a salad and soup.

Your salad would be wrong.

Take any fresh seasonal vegetables to chop them up and toss them together with a nut-based homemade dressing.

Don’t add any grains like China or rajma or dal to your salad.

If you wish you can have a soup with your salad.

The soup would be a steamed with no dairy- no oil- no grains.

You’ll feel so light after eating this.

If you wish you can even swap lunch and dinner.

You can have a soup and salad for lunch and your grain meal could be dinner.

Now, this tight plan is for people who want to lose weight or reverse a health problem.

It’s also for people who are already fit and want to maintain their weight.

But it’s not recommended for children and athletes.
