Today we are discussing uneven skin tone remedy at home.
A lot of people particularly in the summer months comes with complaints that they have dull and patchy skin and their skin tone is very uneven.

They stay stuck to the live skin layer.

Ultraviolet light tends to cause dull and uneven skin tone.
So using sunscreen is mandatory.
If you don’t drink enough water, it causes a collection of the dead skin cells and leads to an uneven skin tone.
If you do not eat healthy if you do not eat your fruits and vegetables that can cause you to have a dull and uneven skin tone.
Stress is a huge factor which causes an uneven skin tone.
Lack of proper skin care, as in if you do not use an exfoliating scrub about twice a week that can also lead you to have an uneven skin tone.
So countering all these factors which cause an uneven skin tone is essential.
Uneven Skin Tone Remedy at Home:
So use sunscreen regularly more once every 2 hours 8 AM to 6 PM is mandatory.
Make sure you drink about two to two and a half liters of water a day to keep your skin hydrated.
Eat all your fruits and vegetables so that you get a good source of natural anti-oxidants which can even out your skin tone.
Cleanse your face 2 times a day regularly.
Use an exfoliating scrub for 2 days weekly to get rid of dead skin cells on the surface of your skin.
In addition to this, you can also make a pack as an uneven skin tone remedy at home.
The face pack can be made of a paste of gram flour which is a cleansing agent.
In that, you can put a bit of lemon juice or yogurt or vinegar.
All these three agents which are acidic and available in your kitchen work as natural peels in the house.
While these natural peels are applied on the skin they loosen out the communication between the skin cells and the dead skin cells.
Simply fall off leaving behind glowing skin.
To complete the paste in your yogurt and gram flour, you can also add a few drops of rose water.
This will work as a toner and will also help to tighten up the open pores in your skin.
You can use this face pack for 2 days weekly as your uneven skin tone remedy.
If this does not work, you can ask your dermatologist who may offer you chemical peels or micro derma ration to even out your skin tone.
